Patriot,

The Deep State is renewing their assault on your Fourth Amendment
rights beginning tomorrow.

I need your help - right now - to stop them.

You see, the U.S. House will be back from their two-week
vacation, and their agenda includes yet another funding patch on
a budget that was supposed to be passed last September.

And as we've warned, sources confirm leadership hopes to bury an
extension of Section 702 of FISA into these "must pass" bills.

This is how the Swamp likes it . . . with Congress in a constant
state of emergency, there is little thought, debate, or
restraint.

Your rights don't matter - they simply don't have time to
consider them.

Adding 702 renewal into a spending bill will require House
Speaker Mike Johnson and his leadership team's support.

That's why I'll be delivering stacks of your directives to
Speaker Johnson (R-LA), Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA), and
Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN).

But now it's time to call your individual representative and
demand he or she oppose including Section 702 in any budget or
supplemental bills.

Call Congress at (202) 224-3121 and ask to be connected to your
U.S. Representative.

You don't need to leave a long message. Just tell them you oppose
warrantless mass surveillance under Section 702 being included in
any spending bill.

Be sure you call, no matter what party your representative
belongs to.

There are members of both parties who oppose extending the
unconstitutional mass surveillance scheme.

Remember: they're trying to stuff warrantless mass surveillance
into a spending bill precisely because they know how unpopular it
actually is.

By calling your Congressman, you prove you're still watching and
you still care. And you expect them to care about the
Constitution too!

Call the Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and ask them to
connect you to your representative.

Tell them to vote NO on any spending bill that includes extending
Section 702 of FISA, the unconstitutional mass surveillance
program that has been abused millions of times by the FBI and
other agencies. This is an abuse of the process to extend an
unconstitutional program. Vote NO.

And after you send your message, please chip in a contribution to
help keep Campaign for Liberty fighting for your freedom and
privacy from the Surveillance State.

We've pushed the Surveillance State into a corner, where their
last hope to renew this unconstitutional scheme is to sneak it
into a budget bill.

Let's not let that happen!

Keep up the fight,

John McCardell
Executive Director
Campaign for Liberty

P.S. There's going to be a budget "emergency" of Congress' own
making when they get back tomorrow.

They're going to try to force members to accept the warrantless
spying program in a budget bill.

Call your representative in the House RIGHT NOW at (202) 224-3121
and tell him or her to vote NO on including Section 702 renewal
in any budget bill!
