BIG NEWS: We just announced our first progressive Champions endorsements
of 2024!

Our first 25 candidates are running in races from school board to state
senate. We’re already training these candidates (many of whom have very
limited resources) and expanding our candidate support program.

Competitive state and local races like these drive turnout for the entire
Democratic ticket -- lifting Democratic chances up and down the ballot.

More progressive candidates running effectively at the local level means
more authentic conversations with voters. That impacts campaigns from city
council to U.S. Senate and even the race for president.

According to research from our friends at Run for Something, competitive
state legislature races can boost the top-of-ticket vote by over 2 points
– more than enough to win close races – and potentially enough to flip the
House blue.

In battleground Pennsylvania, Fern Leard is running to flip an open PA
State House seat. A victory would expand the razor-thin Democratic
majority that ended the trifecta Republicans used to try to overturn the
2020 election. This State House District overlaps with a congressional
seat Dems must defend as we fight to win the House majority in Congress.

In California, Brian Tabatabai and Tara Sreekrishnan are running for State
House and Jackie Elward and Alex Mohajer are running for State Senate.
Voter turnout programs run by these progressive candidates will drive
progressive turnout in the U.S. Senate race.

Our training and coaching, along with direct donations from people like
you, helped progressive Champions defeat fascists and insurrection
sympathizers running for school board, state legislature, and other key
races last year. Nearly two thirds of our endorsed candidates won in 2023.

We have even more ambitious goals for local endorsements and candidate
support in 2024.

2024, please chip in $1 or more to progressive Champions and our work to
elect them and other progressives in key battlegrounds across the country.

Thanks for being a bold progressive.
