Last week, in an early morning hearing with little debate, extremist state senators in Georgia voted SB 221 out of committee — moving a conspiracy-inspired, anti-voter bill one step closer to becoming law.

Today, we need you and everyone who believes in voting rights to act. Add your name to say you oppose SB 221, which would restrict the freedom to vote in Georgia.

This assault on democracy and Georgia voters is nothing new. Again and again, anti-voter lawmakers have made election workers’ jobs harder and thrown obstacles in between voters and the ballot box.

This bill builds on those efforts by:

❌ Inviting more frivolous mass challenges to voters’ eligibility 
❌ Imposing criminal penalties on already-overworked election administrators
❌ Undermining the National Voter Registration Act 
❌ Eliminating automatic voter registration

All this in a critical election year.
