Hello Friend of OpenSecrets,
I wanted to take a brief moment to introduce myself to you as the newest member of OpenSecrets. My name is Brittany Brake and I am our new Foundations Manager. I will be assisting with grant management and continuing to foster relationships with our foundation allies.
Before joining OpenSecrets, I earned degrees in political science from Wittenberg University and Western Michigan University. For over 12 years, I have taught undergraduate political science courses and served on several academic committees, including research grant committees.
Like you, my passion for transparency in politics runs deep. I look forward to helping contribute to the work of OpenSecrets and am thrilled with the opportunity to work alongside an amazing staff of similarly passionate individuals.
