At-Large Organizer Election

We have a contest for the 4 At-Large Organizer positions that were nominated at our General Meeting yesterday. If you are a dues-paying member of Santa Fe DSA, you should have received an email with a link to an OpaVote ballot for this election.
?
You can read statements from each candidate here.
?
If you didn't receive the OpaVote ballot in your email or are unable to fill it out, please email us at [email protected].

Tell the City Council: Ceasefire Now!
|
Our chapter and other allied organizations are currently collecting signatures for a petition demanding the City Council pass a resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza. If you are a resident of the city of Santa Fe, please consider adding your name to the petition at this link.?

At our meeting on Sunday, we approved a resolution to sponsor up to 5 members registration fees to the Labor Notes Conference in Chicago from April 19-21. Labor Notes is one of the premier labor conferences in the country - a great place to strengthen your organizing skills and meet fellow labor members!
?
If you are interested attending Labor Notes and would like the chapter's help registering, you can fill out this form.

At our meeting, we also approved a new Chapter logo. Big thanks to Will for putting it together - we think it looks great!
|
A huge thank you to everyone who showed up to support Alianza Tenant Union last Saturday! It was a very community-oriented event that showed the power of people showing up in solidarity with those being exploited by unethical landlords!

DSA depends on support from ordinary members, rather than corporate funding or grants. As we ramp up our campaigns to take on the millionaire and billionaire class in New Mexico, any donations you can provide will go a long way.
