Black History Month Employee Reflections: Damon Wright
Damon Wright is a firearms and explosives services specialist in the Office of Enforcement Programs and Services. He?s been with ATF for nine years and previously worked as a legal instruments examiner.
Damon believes that law enforcement requires people of different backgrounds. A diverse workforce makes better policies and programs that help recognize certain biases and prevent decisions that would cause unnecessary harm to communities of color.
