If you plan on going, please let me know what precinct you are in, and if you are hoping to be a delegate! Becoming a delegate is a great way to influence your party.
For those who were wondering about the Political Contribution refund, it takes about 2-3 weeks to get your money back once you send it in! I just got mine back.
DID YOU KNOW... In Minnesota, you can be refunded up to $75 a person or $150 per couple for donating to your favorite state candidate or political party. You can do this once per year. It takes about 2-3 weeks to get your refund.
If you would consider donating to our campaign I would appreciate it. Consider it a loan that the state will repay for me!
In all seriousness folks, it is time for us to change the business as usual attitude going on at the state capital and within the GOP. If you want to shake things up, and send the message enough is enough, I am your man.
Most of you know I am not your typical politician, I say what I mean, and mean what I say. I stand up for what I think is right and believe with all of my heart in the Constitution of this great nation.
I will not stand by and watch your rights be trampled. Mayor Gander allowed the resources of the city of East Grand Forks to be used to push and enforce the state mandates of the lock downs while right across the river it was business as usual. He spoke in support of Governor’s Waltz’s lock downs while I was out fighting them. Mayor Gander has stood by as taxes have been raised on the people of East Grand Forks and even now, he is supporting a one percent raise in city sales taxes (lasting 20 years!) Do you think people will accept that? Or, will they bring their business across the river to Grand Forks causing East Grand to suffer?
A friend of mine once told me what he called the Golden Rule of how to vote – he said, believe half of what a politician tells you and everything he actually shows you. I have been there on the streets protesting the lock downs and vaccine mandates. I have been at the capital leading rallies to keep our troops home unless Congress actually declares war (and will be doing it again at the Defend the Guard Rally on March 23rd in the Rotunda of the Capital). Mayor Gandor has been supporting the Governor and raising taxes, is that what we want of our representitive in the state legislature?
