We're excited to announce endorsements for this year's Democratic District Leader contests!

BYD has proudly partnered with a coalition of reform-minded political clubs to launch Brooklyn Can't Wait ([link removed]) , an effort to create a Brooklyn Democratic Party that respects, empowers, and includes all Brooklynites.

For too long, party leadership has operated with almost no transparency or accountability. As a result, Democrats are losing local races we should win and judges are chosen in backroom deals. The party shuts out volunteers instead of empowering them, and does little to drive voter turnout.

Changing that starts with electing these leaders. Brooklyn can't wait any longer.
