It seems that every day we wake up to news of another mass shooting tearing apart communities across the country. If we want to see progress, we need to act — and we need to act now. This has been going on for far too long.

I am working tirelessly in Congress to pass common-sense gun safety legislation to protect Americans across the country. But the unfortunate truth is some of my colleagues on the other side are more focused on sham impeachment inquiries than addressing the real issues at hand.
