Share Your Thoughts on Increasing Disability Inclusion in AI Hiring Tools
Artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the landscape of recruitment and hiring, presenting a blend of benefits and risks. PEAT is working to ensure that the consequential impacts of AI hiring tools are understood and addressed as much as possible, especially when it comes to job seekers with disabilities, including those who may also be members of other protected classes (e.g., based on race, color, religion, sex, [including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity], national origin, age, disability, and genetic information).
Starting now, you can join PEAT’s national online dialogue hosted by ePolicyWorks, Making AI Hiring Tools More Inclusive, to discuss how employers can tap into benefits and remove or reduce barriers created by AI hiring tools. Your input will inform our efforts to build a Profile on Inclusive Hiring that is based on the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF).
