Training, both in & out of the gym, is a huge part of our lives here at 1st Phorm.

...and no matter what situation we find ourselves in, we feel that it's extremely important to be prepared to take action.

So, we took several 1st Phorm Athletes & special guests down to Miami, Florida to join 1st Phorm Athlete, Tony Sentmanat, for 16 hours of [tactical training]([link removed]) at his range & training facility.

If you didn't know, Tony was also cast to play the character, Lerch, in the Call of Duty? video games ... and he ran the team through a series of intense tactical tests to push their limits, both mentally & physically.
