John, we’re just days away from the end of the month — and our final end-of-month fundraising deadline before we go into the general election season. My Republican opponent, Mark Robinson, already has the backing of Donald Trump and is almost certain to have national GOP groups lining up to support his campaign as soon as the primary is over. That means we have to work hard NOW to prepare for an influx of far-right cash into this race. Our finance team has calculated our $150,000 end-of-February goal to set us up for success in the coming weeks. This target might be a stretch for us — I won’t deny it.
