President Trump just called attention to the Eighth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution:



<[link removed]>It’s no wonder why. He is currently being forced to pay excessive fines of over $350 MILLION. The state is trying to seize control of his New York home of Trump Tower – and a Democrat judge has even installed a “former organized-crime prosecutor” and Clinton judge to run his business.



This is the ugly face of tyranny that our Founding Fathers warned against when they wrote the Bill of Rights.



The Left is engaging in this CRUEL and UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT against President Trump because they know that he is the last line of defense of the constitutional rights of ALL Americans.



That’s why I’m doing everything in my power to FIGHT BACK as a Representative here in New York.



I’ve filed ethics complaints against the New York judge who delivered the verdict against President Trump without a jury. I’ve called for the DISBARMENT of the Attorney General of New York who orchestrated the entire witch hunt. Her license to practice law needs to be ripped to shreds and she can NEVER be allowed to practice law in America again.



If the Left can get away with weaponizing the government to inflict cruel and unusual punishments against anyone who dares to speak out against them, then America will NEVER be the same again.



A cruel and unusual punishment MUST be with an extraordinaryresponse, which is why I secured a 1000% match to fund our fight against the Witch Hunters right here in New York who are attempting to bleed President Trump dry.



But let me say… I have often heard President Trump tell grassroots donors that if you are doing poorly right now in Crooked Joe’s America, do not donate at this time. In keeping with that same spirit of compassion demonstrated by our favorite President, I will absolutely tell you the same thing.
