Assisting Our Fire Service Professionals

My office recently hosted our annual and final Assistance to Firefighters Grant Writing Workshop in Denver. It has been an honor to play a small role in helping our brave emergency personnel get the funds they need to protect our communities.

During my time in Congress, departments in all eighteen counties I have represented received grant awards. Thank you to all the men and women who put their lives on the line to keep us safe.

Meeting with Constituents in Washington 

It is always a pleasure to welcome constituents to my Washington office! Thanks to YMCA of Catawba Valley President and CEO Nat Auten and Cleveland County Family YMCA CEO Cameron Corder for visiting my Washington office.

I enjoyed hearing more about the great work the YMCA is doing in the Tenth District and discussing the issues impacting the organization.

Biden Sticks Taxpayers with the Bill 

Joe Biden is defying the Supreme Court in forgiving student debt and passing the cost to people who’ve worked hard to pay their bills.

Dismissing our system of checks and balances to relieve some of their personal responsibility at the expense of the taxpayer is an affront to all Americans.
