A few hundred miles away in Oklahoma, Republicans are pushing a bill that would ban the morning after pill and certain IUDs.
The GOP has made it perfectly clear: They were never going to stop at banning abortion. This was always about controlling women's reproductive health care choices and, by extension, women’s lives.
We cannot let that happen.
I’m going to keep fighting in the Senate to codify reproductive freedom at the federal level, but if we’re going to get this done — and prevent more extreme anti-choice policies from gaining ground — we MUST defend and expand our Senate majority in November.

There is simply no explanation for this kind of extreme policy out of Alabama unless you admit the truth — that MAGA Republicans are trying to control women’s choices and women’s futures.
