John, former Republican Governor Larry Hogan jumping into Maryland’s open Senate race this late in the game throws a huge wrench into our plans to defend our razor-thin Senate majority.

This has the potential to turn the 2024 election cycle entirely upside down, because the stakes couldn’t possibly be any higher.

Everything we care about — abortion access, affordable health care, climate justice, everything — hinges on our ability to maintain our narrow Senate majority.

That’s why we need to stick to our campaign plan, John: Reach Maryland voters where they’re at and talk to them about a better future for our state.
