TJ's main focus right now is making sure that Congress does everything possible to help working families withstand the financial fallout caused by the coronavirus outbreak.

We've cancelled all in-person fundraisers for the foreseeable future, and we expect to take a big fundraising hit. But the fact remains that we're still in one of the most competitive races in the country. That's why I'm still doing everything possible to make sure we hit our FEC fundraising goal:

Without TJ, our Central Valley district goes back to being represented by Republican David Valadao -- a guy who voted with Donald Trump 98% of the time in office, and is on the take from corporate PACs, Devin Nunes, and Kevin McCarthy.

What's even more concerning is that Valadao just got a huge boost last week from the Cook Political Report who downgraded TJ's race outlook from "LEANS DEMOCRAT" to "TOSSUP."

There's no doubt that things have been tough, but everything we do (and don't do) before this deadline will impact the outcome of this race in November.
