Team,
We’ve long sounded the alarm that those trying to restrict reproductive healthcare aren’t just coming for abortion – they’re after contraception and IVF, too.
This week, we saw that warning come true as the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that embryos are people, forcing three clinics to stop providing IVF treatments and leaving families seeking fertility assistance in limbo.
This could happen in Ohio, too. Attorney General David Yost has made it clear that he’s doing everything he can to keep aspects of Ohio’s draconian abortion ban in place, even though Ohio voters overwhelmingly supported all reproductive care at the ballot box in November.
Once again, politicians are putting themselves directly in our personal healthcare decisions.
It’s up to us to fight back and make it clear that we will not stop working to protect reproductive healthcare in every state and at the federal level – and we’re going to elect representatives who will do the same. Please, rush $5 right now >>
Thank you,
Ohio Dems
Control of the House and Senate runs right through Ohio this year. Can Ohio Democrats count on you to chip in $5, $10, or whatever you can to help fuel our fight to hold on to the Senate and flip the House? →
