Just weeks after being forced to resign from his NRA leadership post, former CEO Wayne LaPierre has been found guilty of corruption and financial misconduct, and is liable for $5.8 million.

This didn’t happen on its own.

YOU signed petitions and letters demanding an investigation.

YOU donated your time and energy to stand up for justice and to end gun violence.

YOU held him accountable.

NRA leaders aren’t above the law and now they know they can’t act like it.

Even with this setback, the NRA and the gun industry will keep fighting our efforts to end gun violence. We can’t keep up this fight by ourselves -- we need you to chip in today >>

This is a huge victory for our movement, and one that wouldn’t have happened without us meddling kids. Back when everyone thought the NRA was untouchable, we saw through the lies. We conducted an investigation into their finances in 2018, and what we found was staggering. Financial transactions that enriched friends and relatives. Gross mismanagement. And so much more.

We forwarded our findings to the New York Attorney General, and now, Wayne LaPierre has been exposed for what he is—a corrupt fraud.

But we’re not going to rest on our laurels. One corrupt gun lobbyist down, we’re on to the rest of them.

Thanks for being in this fight,
