Hey John,

Earlier this month, we sent out a priorities survey to see what issues are top of mind for our constituents and campaign supporters right now. The top three answers were gun violence prevention, climate change, and voting rights. Here’s what Hank is doing to address these issues:

• We're in a gun violence epidemic. We've known this for decades, but Republicans in Congress have blocked legislation designed to make our communities safer. Back in December, Hank and Sen. Elizabeth Warren reintroduced the Gun Violence Prevention and Community Safety Act, and Hank will never stop fighting to end the scourge of gun violence.
• Hank believes that we cannot achieve or maintain a high standard of living if our environment is severely degraded or damaged. That’s why Hank has proudly supported legislation to create the Office of Environmental Justice in the White House, increase federal taxes on gasoline to generate revenue to invest in highways and mass transit systems, and more!
• Voting rights are under attack in Georgia and the country at large, and Hank is fighting tooth and nail to protect this sacred right. From co-sponsoring the Protecting Our Democracy Act in 2021 to holding MAGA Republicans accountable for their attacks against our democracy, Hank is committed to protecting voting rights.

For these reasons and many more, I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of Team Hank, and I hope you are too!
