This election is critical. Come November, we’re going to see attempts from the far-right to roll back the clock and pass their extremist agenda to erode reproductive rights.

Republicans cheered on the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade, and they are not stopping there. They will continue to come for abortion access across the country, including banning the use of birth control.

Here in Maryland, Wes has shown that he is willing to fight tooth and nail to protect reproductive rights because he knows the choice belongs to individuals, not extreme politicians. Wes has already signed legislation protecting abortion access, but now he’s going further and supporting the initiative to codify reproductive rights into Maryland’s state constitution.

The Reproductive Freedom Referendum is on the ballot this November. We’re working with local partners to ensure they have the resources they need to make sure voters know about the initiative and vote YES.
