In a gross display of arrogance, former President Trump — currently facing 91 criminal charges — went as far as comparing himself to Alexey Navalny, a critic of the Kremlin regime who was recently killed in Russian custody.

Even more troubling is Trump’s praise for Putin’s invasion of Ukraine and his reckless encouragement of Russia to target NATO allies, which further highlights the serious danger posed by his return to power.
