Since the Dobbs decision over a year ago, extremists have imposed abortion bans all around the country, including Arizona’s draconian 15 week abortion ban. Now, Donald Trump's backing of a national ban is the next step in their plan to undercut reproductive health care.

It's devastating that my daughter won’t have the same legal rights as women who came before her, which is exactly why I need your help to do something about it.

The politicization of personal medical decisions are putting lives at risk and deterring doctors from practicing in Arizona, impacting families right here in AZ-01.

We’ve seen the impact of abortion bans here in Maricopa County. I’ve spoken with various women’s groups in Arizona and hear stories of medical professionals who are afraid to come here, and plenty of OBGYNs leaving as fast as they can. The fear of criminal charges for providing full healthcare to their patients is immense and the whole healthcare system is being impacted.

We need full access to reproductive healthcare, but if we continue down this path Arizonans will struggle to even find an OBGYN. Fewer doctors in this specialty harms all women and creates roadblocks for all healthcare.

It's time that we have a leader representing us in Congress who will value women’s rights.
