Our Voter Protection team’s goal is to ensure that every Texan’s voice is heard. In this election season alone, our 24-hour Voter Assistance Hotline (844-TX-VOTES) has handled over 6,400 calls from voters across the state to help them cast their ballots.
And that’s not all, friend. Between running the Voter Assistance Hotline; training County Chairs, Election Workers, and volunteers; spearheading a statewide poll watcher program; and making sure that every vote cast is counted -- our VoPro Department works around the clock to empower voters at the polls. And with other Texas Democratic Party programs like Vote By Mail and Lone Star Rising Candidate Recruitment , we’re dedicating ourselves every day to strengthening our democracy in Texas.
You have an important role to play in this fight . We’ve set a CRITICAL February goal to raise $12,500 to help us close the gap and fund these programs, and your generosity will go a long way to building a more just Texas.
