The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently proposed a new tailpipe rule that is burdensome and inconsistent with the automotive industry. This is just another play in the Democrats' Green New Deal agenda to degrade liquid fuels and combustion engines, despite the economic harm this will bring to American businesses and families. This week, I joined Senator Mike Crapo in writing to President Biden and Shalanda Young, Director of the Office of Management and Budget, urging the administration to halt this rule. As your Senator, I'm committed to striking down electric vehicle mandates and preserving consumer choice in the automotive industry. 

I had a great morning speaking to GUTS Church Leverage Event in Tulsa last week. Thank you to Pastor Bill Sheer and Pastor Denny Duron for having me and allowing me to share my background. It was an inspiring morning, and I’m grateful for the fellowship with business owners and entrepreneurs in attendance. 

Congratulations to Chief Batton and Kelly Braume from Choctaw Nation’s Career Development program on receiving the Redefining American Healthcare Award. Choctaw Nation's HEROES program assists Choctaw Tribal members interested in pursuing a career in health care by providing support, funding, educational, and career opportunities. In just its second year, the HEROES program supported 92 Tribal nursing students. Team Mullin had the honor of attending the award ceremony in Durant on Friday. It’s FFA Week, Oklahoma! Thank you to the Oklahoma FFA Association for preparing the next generation of agricultural leaders. Currently, nearly 30,000 Oklahoma students are taking part in this incredible program, gaining the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
