I saw first hand as Chairman that in many cases Utah is in need of a bold new direction. Throughout my entire life, the direction has been a steady march to the left. We give and give until we have nothing left. When is the last time we have seen a strong pull back to conservative principals? You look around the country and you see what works, red works better than blue, conservative better than liberal, Republican works better than Democrat. So why do we elect these Republicans who insist on toeing the line and wandering down the middle of the road trying to please everyone?

It is time for a clear conservative direction, and a commitment to head that way. Such is my commitment to you all. I believe in you and your ability to choose a great candidate to lead this state. When I say I believe in you, I truly mean it and I put my money where my mouth is. I am the only candidate in the gubernatorial race that is NOT GATHERING SIGNATURES. I have placed my complete trust in you. My only path to the primary ballot is your vote at the State Convention in April.

I thank you for your support and hope you will run to be a state delegate at caucus night March 5th. I will continue to work to gain your support and your vote at the State Convention in April.
