Beneath the Ice: Navigating Legal Frameworks and Collaborative Solutions in the Arctic What to Expect from Secretary Blinken’s Visit to Brazil
As Arctic states increasingly seek to establish subsea infrastructure, the need for a robust legal framework becomes paramount. Promptly addressing legal gaps related to undersea cables and associated threats to these vital systems is imperative. The Royal Norwegian Embassy and the Wilson Center explore the crucial legal aspects of subsea infrastructure development in the Arctic with Ambassador Rolfe Einar Fife, special adviser at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
