Spring Tree Sale
Planting trees helps beautify Mendota Heights, replace canopy cover lost due to Emerald Ash Borer, improve air and water quality, and provide food and habitat for birds, pollinators, and other wildlife!
The Annual Mendota Heights Tree Sale begins March 4 at 8 a.m.?
Residents can purchase trees at a discounted rate of $60 per tree. Use passcode: MendotaHeightsTreeSale to receive this discount. There is a limit two per resident on a first-come, first-served basis. In response to the popularity of this sale, the City has doubled the number of trees available this year; however, quantities are limited.

Rain Barrel and Compost Bins
Mendota Heights residents can purchase a discounted rain barrel or compost bin at the annual Recycling Association of Minnesota sale starting Wednesday March 1st.?
Preordered items can be picked up at the Mendota Heights Public Works Facility on Saturday May 13 from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. The sale usually goes quickly, so order soon if your are interested!?

Oak Awards Deadline Extended
The Natural Resources Commission sponsors the Oak Awards Program to celebrate leadership, education/outreach, and project efforts that advance natural resources within the city. The deadline for submitting award nominations has been extended to March 22!

Canoe Rack Rentals
The City owns and operates two canoe racks for rental at Roger?s Lake Park. Each canoe rack has room for six canoes. Cost for Canoe Rack Rental is $75/year.?
Permit requests for use from April to November 2023 are due the first business day of April; and racks are rented on a first come, first serve basis.

March 5; 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.

- Or, stop by City Hall, fill out an application, receive your ballot and vote by direct ballot - you'll place it directly in the ballot box.
- Or, vote absentee by requesting a ballot online and submitting it by mail or in the drop box at City Hall.
