Hi team – I'm Gavin Newsom, the governor of California. If you already know why your input today is crucial to our success in November, then please click through to start our February 2024 Strategy Survey. But if you're still not sure of the stakes, then I just ask for two minutes of your time.

Here’s where things stand:

Democratic governors like myself are fighting to protect and expand our fundamental rights and freedoms in states across the country. We’re vetoing dangerous pieces of legislation, thwarting extremist agendas, and fighting for our very democracy.

Meanwhile, radical Republicans are hellbent on spreading anger and hate as they work to roll back decades of progress. And doing everything in their power to nominate a guy – Trump – who not only took responsibility for the decimation of Roe v. Wade, but who lost an election and tried to wreck the country over it. We can’t let them.

That’s where you come in. Right now, the DGA needs feedback from folks on the ground. Responses from reliable supporters like you help our team better understand where voters stand at this critical moment.

So please: will you begin our February Democratic Strategy Survey before 11:59 p.m. tonight so we can better understand what Democrats across the country are most concerned about? The DGA needs 139 responses from the District of Columbia to meet their goal.

The future of this great country is not something we can just experience. It’s something to manifest. That’s why I am asking for your help today. Because we all have a responsibility to do something in this moment.
