Within EED, the Workforce Learning and Performance (WLP) provides high-quality, cost-effective learning solutions for talent development in the public sector. The leadership development team provides training to new and emerging leaders across the enterprise.
About the Opportunity As a Learning Design and Delivery Professional, you will engage in the development and delivery of approved curriculum and development materials for the training and development of all state and other employees eligible for specified leadership development and learning. The development of high-quality learning and development experiences helps employees achieve established competencies for improved individual, team, agency, and enterprise performance. In this role, you will support the mission of the organization by ensuring involved employees from across the enterprise are provided with opportunities for evidence-based leadership learning and development necessary to perform their leadership roles effectively.
