KEY FINDINGS:
~ Schiff, Porter, and Garvey lead in California's top-two primary for the US Senate.
~ Strong majorities see the situation with migrants at the US-Mexico border as a major problem and want the US to focus on improving the process for admission decisions.
~ Most support Israel and Hamas agreeing to a ceasefire now; Californians are more divided on providing aid to the region.

The PPIC Statewide Survey delivers objective, advocacy-free information on the perceptions, opinions, and public policy preferences of California residents. PPIC’s survey team invites input, comments, and suggestions from policy and public opinion experts and from its own advisory committee, but survey methods, questions, and content are determined solely by the survey team. PPIC relies on a rigorous survey methodology and is a charter member of the American Association for Public Opinion Research Transparency Initiative.
