I wanted to send along a quick email about the importance of this race, not just for the people of Connecticut, but across the country. My opponent represents the same kind of far-right extremism that controls the GOP leadership in the House. 

We don’t need another yes-man for Mike Johnson and the rest of the GOP who consistently stop us from passing meaningful legislation and threaten a government shutdown that would put thousands of Americans at risk.

This will not only determine whether the people of CT-05 can continue to have a strong advocate in the House, but whether the House majority will be controlled by a party ready to tackle hard issues or continue to succumb to partisanship.
