THE WEAPONIZED JUDICIAL SYSTEM: GOP Women Stand with President Trump Following
NY Ruling


This week, Elise released a statement on the unethical, unconstitutional, and
unprecedented weaponization of the judicial system against President Trump:


“Tish James made clear her entire goal as New York's Attorney General was to
prosecute President Donald Trump. James' unethical behavior and political bias
are why I filed a bar complaint against her with the Attorney Grievance
Committee, asking them to disbar her. This is just the latest example of the
justice system being weaponized by extreme Democrats to try and stop President
Trump from winning back the White House this November. These deranged radical
Leftists will stop at nothing, and nothing is off limits as they desperately
try to keep Joe Biden, who is mentally incapable of being President, in power.
The American people will not stand for this; they will elect President Trump as
our 47th President of the United States.”

Congresswoman Lauren Boebert of Colorado released a similar statement of
support on the unethical weaponization of the New York Department of Justice
under AG Tish James:


“This New York judgment against Trump is pure insanity.


They’re terrified of him winning again but they’re only making it more and
more inevitable through this disgusting lawfare.”

Congresswoman Mary Miller also released a statement of support on the partisan
witch hunt facing President Trump:


“These partisan judges and prosecutors are attacking President Trump’s
business and family because they hate his America First agenda. This is lawfare
designed to silence & chill their political opponents. The whole world watched
Fanni Willis yesterday. This sham is being exposed. We stand with TRUMP!”

Elise Supports Education & Workforce Committee Subpoenas to Harvard to Further
Anti-Semitism Investigation


This week, Elise released a statement following the House Education and
Workforce Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx’s announcement that the committee
had served subpoenas to Harvard senior fellows, the newly appointed President
and CEO of the Harvard Board of Fellows. She had this to say:


“Today’s historic subpoena of Harvard University was caused by the
intransigent and failed leadership of Penny Pritzker and the Harvard
Corporation. After refusing to take swift action in response to former
President Claudine Gay’s morally bankrupt testimony, Harvard’s leadership has
failed to address the antisemitic hate that has infected its campus. The House
Education and the Workforce Committee will not stand idly by and this subpoena
is a critical next step to holding Harvard accountable and ultimately ensuring
Harvard is safe for Jewish students and faculty. I applaud Chairwoman Foxx for
holding these failed institutions accountable.”
