Dear Judicial Watch Member,
Thank you for your commitment
to America, and for your interest in Judicial Watch.
And today, I hope you will join
our family of contributing members!
Because of our members, we are the national
leaders in fighting for honest elections…
Because of our members, we are leading the
charge to expose massive Biden corruption…
That’s not all…
Because of our members, we are stopping the
Radical Left from dividing Americans with laws and programs that
discriminate based on race, gender, ethnicity, and sexual
orientation!
In just the past three months, we have filed lawsuits against public
officials in Oakland, San Francisco, and
Boston over extremist programs including:
- a racially segregated “playdate” in a public elementary
school (Oakland);
- a program which gives preferential treatment in favor of biological
black and Hispanic men who identify as women in the distribution of tax
money (San Francisco), and;
- an “Elected Officials of Color Holiday Party” hosted by
Boston Mayor Michelle Wu last December, which excluded
white elected officials.
Will
you help us keep fighting woke extremists who are using taxpayer funds to
violate the law?
At Judicial Watch, we believe that “no
discrimination” means just that…no
discrimination!
We overturned racial quota laws in California, we
reached a settlement with the city of Asheville, NC, to
remove racially discriminatory provisions that excluded white students from
a city-funded scholarship program, and we are in court in
Minnesota today challenging a
publicteachers’ contract that provides discriminatory
job protections to certain racial minorities.
Fighting “reverse racism” in the courts is
vitally important for America’s future!
But like all lawsuits, these legal actions come with very real price
tags attached…and that is why I
hope I can count on you to join us by making a special contribution
today.
And again…thank you for your commitment to
America! I will be honored if today you will give Judicial Watch your
personal support as we fight to uphold the rule of law in our
nation.
Sincerely,
Thomas Fitton President
