John,

The stakes to protect our food, water, and climate have never been higher.

Will we build a future powered by clean energy sources and a local, sustainable food system... or will we continue on the path of dirty and dangerous energy and ever-growing factory farms that endanger communities, contaminate water, and threaten our future?

By being a supporter of Food & Water Watch, you’ve already taken a bold stance to protect our food, water, and climate — and I hope you will join us again this year. Our work to protect your neighbors and communities from polluting industries has never been more urgent.

John, can we count on you to renew your Food & Water Watch membership with a gift today?

MAKE MY GIFT

Your gift today will provide the resources needed to push for legislation that protects your food and water and allows our organizers to take your voice from the State House to the White House.

The work we do at Food & Water Watch is only made possible by the generous investment of people like you. Here are four reasons why we fight like we live here:

1. We are being fracked to the point of no return. That sounds alarmist. But it’s true. That’s why it’s up to us to be the architects of a fossil-fuel-free future. When you give today, Food & Water Watch will counter the greenwashing by the oil and gas industry and fight for legislation that keeps fossil fuels in the ground.
2. Factory farms are making us sick and accelerating the climate crisis. Factory farms are only getting bigger. That means our food is less safe, our water resources are being guzzled, and our air is even more polluted. When you renew your membership, you’ll be a part of the change to restructure our food system — that means banning factory farms and transitioning to sustainable small to mid-size family farms.
3. People are denied their human right to clean water every day. From toxic PFAS “forever” chemicals... to crumbling infrastructure... to shutoff-inducing rate hikes, corporate greed is generating a public health crisis. Your renewal gift will power our work to ensure everyone can access clean, affordable water.
4. Our opponents push fake solutions that won’t solve the climate crisis. From the Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) scam that creates more CO2 than it captures to mythical plastic recycling schemes that only sell more plastic, these “solutions” only entrench us with more pollution. When you renew your Food & Water Watch gift today, we can fight against this deception.
