I particularly love the National Volunteer Calls because just four short years ago, I was in your shoes. I had joined a strategy session hosted by All On The Line back in 2019 on the North Carolina redistricting process and immediately fell in love with this work.

This team truly believes in its volunteers. My journey with AOTL is the perfect example of this!

The truth is that without people like you, our plans are not going anywhere. Together, we’ll shape the future of our organization — and our democracy. Your dedication is a big reason our nation’s maps are fairer today than they’ve been in four decades.

But we still have work to do, and a long way to go to get to a democracy where every voice is heard. That’s what this call is all about.
