“The battle for control of the U.S. House runs straight through California"

Hi John — We just got new, exclusive reporting from the Cook Political Report that we wanted to share with you right away.

Ahead of California’s critical Primary Election next month, the election analyst experts at Cook Political have confirmed what we already suspected:

“The battle for control of the U.S. House runs straight through California, home to a half-dozen Republican members of Congress who represent districts Joe Biden either won or narrowly lost in 2020, along with several Democratic members who represent competitive seats.” (Source: Cook Political Report).

Just like in 2022, the House Majority is going to come down to our state. That’s why we are aiming to raise $15,000 before the banks close at 5pm PT tomorrow. This expanded budget will allow us to reinforce Democrats in every single tossup seat prior to our March 5th Primary. Will you rush a donation now?

John— The Cook Political Report is now joining a chorus of voices declaring that control of the U.S. House of Representatives is going to come down to tossup districts in California this year.

And the first step to ensuring that Democrats win those tossup districts in November is ensuring that our candidates proceed to the General Election by getting enough votes in their make-or-break primary races on March 5th.

That’s right, John, if Democratic candidates don’t get enough votes in their Primary Elections, there might not even be a Democrat on the November ballot in some key districts.

We still have time to shore up our vulnerable incumbents and go on the offensive against Republicans, but we want to raise another $15,000 to ensure we don’t miss a beat. Will you please rush a donation before 5pm PT tomorrow? Our accounting team wants to make sure we get our funding deposited before the banks close.
