Gov. Tony Evers has officially signed new state maps into law, marking a significant milestone in the fight for fair representation in Wisconsin.
For far too long, Republicans have wielded power through gerrymandered maps that undermined our democratic process. The maps from 2011 were recognized as some of the most gerrymandered in the country.
Last year’s sweeping victory for Justice Janet Protasiewicz paved the way for this crucial moment.
Our country has taken yet another step towards dismantling the barriers to equitable representation. Now, will you pitch in $10 to help us keep up the fight across the country?
