John xxxxxx,

Since launching in November 2023, the Labour Lottery has gone from strength to
strength, with over 2000 players and £30,000 of prizes won so far.

In a moment, I'm going to ask you to sign up to play the lottery, but first, let
me tell you why:

I was a Local Organiser in the 1980s. My salary was paid through the proceeds of
a local labour lottery. This was in the tradition of the Labour Party since our
foundation – raising the money needed to win elections from supporters through
donations, merchandise, prize draws and lotteries.

Local Organisers win elections. That’s why we have expanded our team with brand new trainee organisers working hard to win Labour the general election this year.

Our organisers win Labour votes day in, day out where we need them the most.

That’s why I’m asking you today:

John xxxxxx, will you sign up to the Labour
Lottery today from £2 per week? For members and supporters 18 and over, playing
is a great way to contribute to our general election fund, getting more
organisers on the ground where we need them, while being in with the chance of
winning up to £1000 every week.

Here is what some of our winners have said so far:

“I feel amazing, it’s a bit of a cliché but I never win anything!” – Neill, Hackney

"Always nice to win something while also supporting Labour!” - Chris, Brighton

This year’s general election will be the most expensive ever fought, as Rishi
Sunak has changed the spending rules to tilt the campaign in the Tories’ favour.

John xxxxxx, Labour is in it to win it. Are
you?

Make sure that we have the resources that we need to compete. Join the Labour
Lottery today.

Thank you,

David Evans
General Secretary
The Labour Party
