As we continue our efforts to ensure the Libertarian Party's presence on
the ballot across the nation, we wanted to provide you with a comprehensive
update on the current status of our ballot access campaigns.
Great news first – we've received significant commitment in several
states without requiring additional funds, thanks to the dedication and
hard work of our volunteers:
* WASHINGTON
* RHODE ISLAND
* TENNESSEE
* NEW JERSEY
* MINNESOTA
* PENNSYLVANIA
In these states, our volunteers will be instrumental in meeting the
necessary requirements for ballot access. We extend our deepest gratitude
to all those who have contributed their time and effort to these endeavors.

However, in some states, we are facing challenges that require financial
support from the national party:

Your contributions to the national party will directly aid our ballot
access efforts in these states, allowing us to navigate legal requirements,
gather signatures, and cover associated expenses.

access is particularly difficult:
NEW YORK

* Deadline: April 16th - May 28th, 2024 (6 weeks)

ILLINOIS
* Cost: $200,000
* Signatures Needed: 25,000
* Deadline: March 26th - June 24th, 2024 (90 days)

While we're actively pursuing access in these areas, it's crucial to
acknowledge the unique obstacles they present.

On a positive note, we're nearing completion in states where our ballot
access drives are well underway:
NORTH DAKOTA

OHIO
* Deadline: 8/7/24
CLOSE OUT THESE CAMPAIGNS STRONG!
With your continued support, we're confident in our ability to secure
access in these states before deadlines loom.

Lastly, we must highlight the urgency in states where funding is needed to
kickstart our efforts. Our Volunteers are ready, but we need the funding in
the following states:
* KENTUCKY
* NEW MEXICO
* VIRGINIA
These states represent our most pressing priorities, and your contributions
will be instrumental in initiating and accelerating our campaigns here.
