Hi Friend,
It’s never been easier, or more important, to make your voice heard and vote in Michigan.
Over the weekend, Michigan’s new Early Voting began for the Michigan Presidential Primary.
If you plan to vote early, you can do so at an Early Vote Center. Your experience will be similar to voting at a polling place, including inserting your ballot into a tabulator and watching your vote be counted in real time. Find your city or township’s Early Vote Centers here.
If you have an absentee ballot, make sure you return it as soon as possible. You can return it to your local clerk’s office or at a secure drop box. Find your city or township clerk’s office and your designated secure drop box here.
If you haven’t gotten an absentee ballot yet, you can go to your clerk’s office to request and fill out a ballot in person.
If you plan to vote on Election Day, February 27th, you can find your polling location here. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m, or until the last person in line at 8 PM has voted. If you have any questions or concerns on Election Day, call 1 (833) MI-VOTES.
If you are not registered to vote yet, you can register to vote and cast your absentee ballot in the same visit at your city or township clerk’s office. If you aren’t sure, don’t worry – you can check your voter registration here.
Thank you,
– Debbie
