PERKINS: Hostility to Churches Fueled by Biden's Anti-Faith Climate
by Tony Perkins
"It's an emotional moment," Pastor Robin Lutjohann said quietly, surveying the rubble of his church. "It's been a place of worship for a number of communities for over a century," he told reporters after a six-alarm fire raged through the building Easter Sunday, destroying the Massachusetts landmark. "It fills me with sadness..." Lutjohann admitted, wondering why anyone would have such malice toward Faith Lutheran. "If and when a person is found who has done this then we will pray for the power to forgive," he insisted. Unfortunately, his congregation isn't alone in that prayer.

by Joshua Arnold
Indiana parents Mary and Jeremy Cox have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to vacate lower and appellate court rulings that removed their teenage son from their home. The state's Department of Child Services (DCS) removed him not because the parents were abusive or negligent, but because their Catholic beliefs would not allow them to affirm his desire to pursue a gender transition.

by S.A. McCarthy
As the U.S. faces a rapidly deteriorating situation in the Middle East and a worsening crisis at its own southern border, the State Department is ensuring that staffers don't "misgender" one another. Just days after the U.S. attacked Iran-backed militants in retaliation for the killing of three American troops, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken issued a communique instructing State Department staffers to avoid using "harmful" terminology such as "mother/father," "son/daughter," and "husband/wife."

by Sarah Holliday
"I documented 18 separate incidences of either vandalism, theft, or hostilities in the year 2023 alone," Rob Rotola, pastor of Word of Life Church in Wichita, Kansas, said. "And that is, honestly, with ignoring some of the smaller things that didn't even make the list."
