John,

It's a judicial emergency – our BIGGEST Supreme Court case ever – and the Court could rule any day.

The Colorado Supreme Court banned President Trump from the ballot. Primary votes are already being cast, but other states are rushing to use this outrageous legal opinion to eviscerate your right to vote. We're fighting this monumental case at the U.S. Supreme Court.

In my more than 35 years of Supreme Court advocacy, I've NEVER seen a more brazen affront to our Constitution. This is the greatest form of election interference possible and the gravest threat to your right to vote ever.

I'm going to be very blunt. If we lose our right to vote, we lose our constitutional republic.

We're just days from the next court deadlines as some of these other states' cases go up on appeal. And the next attack on the integrity of our elections is just around the corner.

Now we face a major challenge. Taking on the radical Left's vicious attempt to eviscerate your right to vote at the Supreme Court takes immense resources. Donate today before our looming deadlines.

Donate To Defend Election Integrity & the Constitution.

Your right to vote is sacred. Today, as we fight at the Supreme Court, take urgent action with us.

Sign: Defend Your Right To Vote at the Supreme Court.
