Legislators are at a crossroads. Here’s to hoping they choose to stand with women
Friend,
I want to update you on a recent development as I await my flight out of Alabama back home. I’m here because Alabama needs to codify male and female terms in law to ensure that women aren’t subjects of sex discrimination and suffer at the hands of radical gender ideology like I did.

After being the teammate of trans-identifying male swimmer Lia Thomas and subjected to attempted brainwashing by the University of Pennsylvania to keep me quiet and paint my legitimate concerns as bigotry, I have made it my mission to do what I can for women and girls around the country. Alabama is no exception.

A few hours ago, I testified before Alabama legislators in support of House Bill 111. Should it pass, this bill will:

1. Define sex-based terms already used across Alabama code;

2. Declare Alabama’s interest in protecting certain single-sex spaces; and,

3. Ensure the accuracy of public data collection.

HB 111 is an important piece of legislation for ALL women and girls in Alabama. ([link removed])
Women with past sexual trauma like me are adversely impacted by activist efforts to reinterpret the legal meaning of sex-based words. By effectively rewriting anti-discrimination laws, women’s single-sex spaces will be open to men.

It is disappointing that as a country we have to now pass legislation on terms that were straightforward just a few years ago. What I went through as a young college student was abhorrent. If I can prevent women and girls in Alabama from experiencing the same harm that I did, I will do whatever it takes.

Friend, I will keep you posted as everything develops.

Thanks for your continued support. ([link removed])
