Since day one, our vice president has been a fearless voice for everyday Americans and a champion for our essential rights. But with Republicans in Congress determined to sow chaos and confusion, we need to send a strong message in support of real, bold leadership. So we have to ask:

* And now, the the FIRST Black person and FIRST Asian American to be elected vice president of the United States


Vice President Harris has been shattering glass ceilings in politics for her entire career.

In the face of MAGA extremism and the GOP’s attempts to push a far-right agenda in the Senate, Vice President Harris has fought to protect voting rights, women’s rights, reproductive freedom, and so much more. That’s the difference Democratic women make at every level of office – and Emerge is working tirelessly to ensure that although Vice President Harris is the FIRST to achieve these historic milestones, she won’t be the last.
