Big-government statists are constantly looking for inventive ways
to subvert your right to keep and bear arms.

Many of their schemes are financial: outlaw affordable firearms .
. . or make firearms unaffordable.

That was always the real aim of the so-called "Undetectable
Firearms Act" (UFA), which was supposedly passed to ban guns made
entirely of plastic, but the Biden administration wants to make
apply to guns with even parts made out of plastic.

The UFA began as an attempt to ban polymer-framed handguns like
the now-ubiquitous Glock, which in the 1980s were very new. Even
though the Glock had a metal slide, it was misunderstood to think
it was undetectable to metal detectors.

The real problem, of course, was that these firearms were
affordable . . . affordable to anyone who wanted a means
defending his family.

Even to this day, the UFA stifles manufacturers from producing
smaller, lighter, and higher-performing handguns because they
must meet the UFA's weight requirement.

Most dangerous of all, however, is the anti-gun fanatics running
Biden's ATF may "re-interpret" the law to apply to guns that are
only partially made of plastic, weaponizing it against the
majority of all commonly owned firearms today.

But the UFA is set to expire on March 8. It needs to die!

It's not just because "it's our right" to have firearms that have
plastic components. The most common firearms in America have
plastic components.

The ATF's scheme is a "back door" gun ban!

Remember, there's nothing the Biden administration won't stretch,
contort, or abuse to deprive Americans of their rights.

As nearly 75 members of the House of Representatives wrote in a
letter to Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA):

"The Biden Administration has already demonstrated its ability to
weaponize the Undetectable Firearms Act into a widespread plastic
gun ban. Congress must not permanently reauthorize this law,
especially while ATF's final definition of a 'frame or receiver'
is still being considered in the courts."

The UFA has never been effective at preventing "undetectable
firearms" - because there are no guns on the market that don't
feature metal.

It's a worthless law that needs to be left to die, and all
Congress needs to do is . . . nothing.

They're still out of session for another week, so time is on our
side here.

But your representative needs to hear from you. They won't think
this is a "major" issue . . . unless they hear from patriots like

Republicans in the House and Senate recently helped pass a
radical anti-gun and Red Flag Gun Confiscation funding bill.

Bans are nothing but a political game to find a scapegoat for the
skyrocketing violent crime in American cities. This will do
NOTHING to stop criminals - criminals DO NOT obey laws!

You and I would be better served if Congress focused on the
George Soros-funded radical activist prosecutors, the insane
"defund the police" campaign, and the crumbling American economy.


If we're going to win this battle and DEFEAT the UFA, EVERYONE
has to do their part.
