This is your weekly reminder that the Supreme Court is still broken.

And stakes continue to ratchet up. Whether or not Donald Trump is immune from being held accountable for the events of January 6th could lie in the hands of nine justices.

Three of them were appointed by Trump himself. Two of them have been plagued by repeated ethical scandals. One of them refuses to recuse himself even though his wife helped Trump commit his crimes. All of them are appointed for life.

The stakes for us, and our democracy, are too high to let up. This is the time to double down on our efforts to fix our nation’s highest court.

Remind Congress that they have a duty to act. Email your lawmakers today and urge them to support Supreme Court expansion and term limits.
