I wanted to update you on what we’re currently facing in our fight to guarantee abortion rights here in Florida. 

We’ve officially submitted enough petitions to get abortion rights on the ballot. Now, the Florida Supreme Court is reviewing the language of the proposed amendment, and extremist politicians are hoping they’ll deem it too confusing to be put on the ballot. 

This fight is just beginning, and we’re in it for the long haul. Your donations power our work - can you chip in any amount you can to help us prepare for what’s coming?

We’ve gathered nearly a million signatures in support of putting this amendment on the ballot, well over the required amount. A majority of voters support this measure, including a majority of Republicans. The desire to make medical decisions free from political intrusion is not a partisan issue.

But lawyers are arguing that the proposed amendment is “deceptive” and that voters won’t understand that it expands abortion rights. 

In other words: they think you’re stupid.
