John,

This was the headline in the local Phoenix newspaper when I announced my campaign against MAGA GOP extremist David Schweikert.  Ever since, I've been on a crusade to win this race, one that could literally decide if the Democrats retake the House of Representatives.

Here's what being relentless looks like:

1) Kocking on over 10,000 doors (I'm now on my third pair of sneakers)

2) Attending over 100 meetings with future constituents.

3) calling almost 20,000 potential supporters.

4) Giving more speeches than I can count.

5) Sending over 150 emails, each of these going to over 55,000 people, to highlight the critical nature of my race (yes, I do need funds to win this race).

I fully understand the stakes: our democracy is in peril, our freedoms are at risk, Putin is on the rise and the cult formerly known as the Republican Party is in full lookstep with a wannabe dictator.

I refuse to back down to hatred.

I refuse to give up hope.

I refuse to let others destroy our country.

I promise you I will not slow down.
