Rob had a busy week delivering wins for the people of California.
Over the last few days, the Attorney General announced:
- Charges against the ringleader of an organized retail crime scheme that involved $8 million worth of Ulta Beauty products in 21 counties across the state;
- The arrest of a suspect and seizure of hundreds of allegedly illegally held assault weapons, high-capacity magazines, and approximately one million rounds of ammunition;
- The seizure of more than 720,000 fentanyl pills and the felony arrest of a suspect;
- A $5 million settlement with Quest Diagnostics, a diagnostic laboratory company that unlawfully disposed of hazardous waste, medical waste, and protected health information at its statewide facilities.
